You do not need a credit card to register for SnapBill. SnapBill offers you a free account which does not require a credit card to get started. If you would like to upgrade from a free account to a 'Premium' account or register for any 'Premium' account you can select debit order as method of payment.

When upgrading SnapBill offers a debit order facility to South African clients and integrates PayPal for international clients. If you wish to register for an account or upgrade without entering your credit card details you can do so by electing to pay via debit order and selecting bank account.
