SnapBill keeps detailed records of all your clients. These records can be accessed and searched by using the search clients box which appears at the top left of your SnapBill screen at all times.

If you are looking for a spesific client record you can search for the clients name, surname, company name or domain (if he is a web hosting client). If you do not know any of these details you can search for a client using only an invoice or client number.

When you search for clients and invoices by using invoice numbers follow these steps: Simply enter the invoice number in question (client number/invoice number) in the 'search clients' box at the top left of your SnapBill screen and click search. SnapBill will open the client record in question and you will be able to view the invoice and client details.
