SnapBill allows you to set once-off or recurring charges. Charges can be set to recur at any frequency, over any length of time.
If you want to set a date for when recurring charges should stop you can do the following:
Simply add the recurring charge in the clients account in SnapBill and stipulate the "End date". The "End date" will be the date on which the recurring charge stops.
If you want to set a period for when a recurring charges should be put on hold you can do the following:
Recurring charges cannot be 'paused' or 'put on hold' for a month or two. You can however either adjust the recurrence period of the charge to not recur for a two month period or you can cancel the charge for the period of time that you do not want to bill the clients account and simply reinstate it after this holding period is over.
