With SnapBill you can add your own fields and information to either a client or a service with our custom fields feature.

How add a custom field to a client:

Go to Setup -> General -> Custom fields
Set your custom shipping fields there by adding "standard fields" eg. add a "single line text" field called "Shipping Address"
Once done, click Save changes

The field you have added will now be displayed when the client fills in their customer information in the online order centre and appear on the "Client Details" table of that persons SnapBill account.

How add a custom field to a service:

Go to Setup -> Services -> The service name -> Custom fields
Set your custom shipping fields there by adding "standard fields" eg. add a "single line text" field called "Shipping Address"
Once done, click Save changes

The field you have added will now be displayed when the client fills in their service information in the online order centre and appear on the "Service Details" table of that persons SnapBill account.
