HostDeploy resellers receive an automatically generated Online Order Centre which may be used to allow you new or existing customers to sign up and pay for HostDeploy services as well as your own custom services added to SnapBill under Setup -> Services.
The online order centre is located at: http://username.snapbill.com/signup (username refers to your SnapBill username).
Below is an example of how 4Design Create Media is using the online order centre. 4Design Creative Media is a owner managed company specialising in turnkey web solutions, branding, web development and internet marketing. They have decided to expand their service offering to earn a passive income by becoming a HostDeploy cloud hosting reseller. They have integrated the online order centre with their website by embedding the code available at Setup -> Service -> HostDeploy -> Website Embed Code. See the "Signup Now" option available on their site.

By clicking on the "Signup Now" link their customers are taken to their ready hosted online order centre, see below. You can see that they have branded their online order centre to match the look and branding of their website. This is done from within SnapBill at Setup -> General and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

The online order centre is branded to your business. So you look professional and your clients only ever see your companies branding. They never see HostDeploys branding, so the system is 100% white label.

Using the Online Order Centre
1. Send your new or exisitng customers to http://username.snapbill.com/signup (username refers to your SnapBill username).
2. Existing customers:
If your customer already has an account on the SnapBill system they can use the Exisitng Customer login box to order services. The exisitng customer can use his website hosting control panel username and password to login or this billing account username and password.
3. New Customers:
New customers can use the New cusotmer signup box to enter their name and contact details. They can also select with curreny they wish to be billed in - depending on which currencies you have enabled on your account.
4. Ordering a service:
The new or exisitng client can select which service they want to order from the service dropdox. They can then continue to follw the prompts and fill in the required fields until their signup is complete.
Using the online order centre means that an account is automatically create for your client in SnapBill. The services they order are automatically added to this account. An invoice is automatically generated and sent to them and they can use the payment methods you offer to make payment for the service immediately. Once payment is made the service is automatically activated, welcome emails issued and account login details forwarded.
If your account is set up correctly this service can run totally autonomously, requiring no manual interference on your part. You can however use SnapBill to customise your settings if you want to perform certain task manually.
