How do i add a new credit card or banking details for debit order?

To add new banking or credit card details you can folow the steps below:

  • Go to https://username.snapbill.com (e.g. if you are a SnapBill client go to https://snapbill.snapbill.com, if you are a Lusion client go to https://lusion.snapbill.com)
  • Login to the Billing Client Area with your SnapBill or website hosting username and password
  • Now go to the 'Payment Settings' tab
  • Select 'Debit order' from the drop box and select 'credit card' or 'bank account' as type
  • Now enter your new details and save.

Remember to fill in a new debit order mandate and fax or email it back to us when you change your debit order details.
